Honey

Try getting the honey to make taste the flavor of each area of harvesting. Our main aim is to guarantees bees’ health and in order to do this we move the hives multiple times during the season: this allows bees to collect the honey with is typical of a precise area and period.

Honey is a food produced by bees, beginning from nectar collected on flowers or from the honeydew. Honey is partly used as nutrition for bees and partly transformed in wax by bees in order to build the typical hexagonal cells.

The range of available honeys changes from an year to another depending on production. The main categories are: acacia, wildflower, chestnut, high mountains wild flower, rhododendron and forest honeydew.

Depending on the needs, we provide personalized packs (weeding favors, events, gift boxes, ...)
